Lacrosse is fundamentally a team sport at its core. No matter how incredibly strong or skilled your best player may be, it is important to recognize that a single individual cannot single-handedly win a war or achieve success in this sport. As the popular saying goes, “You’re only as strong as your weakest link.” With this philosophy in mind, we aspire to not only enhance individual skills but also to strengthen all facets of your child’s character.

To achieve this goal, it must be understood that not all game time is created equal. While it is true that you, as a parent, are investing in your child’s athletic journey, it is crucial to note that this is not a pay-to-play program. Instead, this program is designed to place your athlete on the best team that matches their skill level, facilitating his growth and development. The varying levels of difficulty within the program allow our staff to cultivate an environment filled with healthy competition and future champions.

The team as a whole will always take precedence over individual players, and the importance of winning is consistently emphasized. We are committed to fostering a culture of striving to be the best. That said, our dedicated coaching staff will make every effort to ensure that all players receive equal playing time whenever feasible.
